Individual Therapy/ Telehealth

At Ally Psychology, we offer individual therapy sessions designed to provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Sessions run for 50 minutes and are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Our services are available for adolescents (12+), young adults, adults, and older adults, and are grounded in evidence-based approaches. Our aim is to help you gain insight, develop practical strategies, and feel supported every step of the way.

In addition to in-person sessions, we also offer secure telehealth appointments, allowing us to support clients across Melbourne and throughout Australia with accessible and flexible psychological care.

Assessments

At Ally Psychology, we provide comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to help you gain a clear understanding of yourself or your child. Our services include ADHD assessments, cognitive (IQ) testing, adaptive functioning assessments, and educational assessments, suitable for both children and adults.

Following the assessment, you will receive a clear, easy-to-understand report with tailored recommendations to support school, work, and daily life. Where appropriate, assessments can also contribute to formal diagnoses and access to supports or accommodations.

Meet Natalie

I understand how exhausting it can be to feel like you're constantly carrying the emotional load for everyone else while trying to keep up with the demands of work, relationships, family, and everyday life.

Many of the adults I work with appear capable and high-functioning on the outside, yet privately struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, people-pleasing, and feeling disconnected from their own needs. Others find themselves stuck in recurring relationship patterns, experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, or feeling unheard and misunderstood in their relationships.

I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, explore what is contributing to these challenges, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we can identify the patterns that may be keeping you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, or the pressures of balancing multiple roles, I work alongside you to help you move towards meaningful and lasting change.

As someone from an Asian background, I value providing culturally sensitive care and understand how family expectations, cultural values, and intergenerational experiences can influence the way we view ourselves, communicate with others, and navigate relationships.

My goal is to help you build healthier relationships, strengthen your sense of self, communicate with greater confidence, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values and needs.
