Meet the Team
Shueh Ping (Natalie) Lim
BAppSci (Psych), GradDipPsych, MProfPsych
Natalie is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where individuals can better understand themselves and the patterns that may be impacting their wellbeing and relationships.
Growing up in an environment where mental health was often stigmatised, Natalie understands how difficult it can feel to reach out for support. She is deeply committed to creating a space where seeking help feels approachable, respectful, and grounded in compassion.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and empathetic, with a strong focus on building a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and supported at their own pace.
She has a particular interest in working with adolescents that are struggling to “fit in the box” of traditional school systems, young adults and adult women who may appear high-functioning externally but feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in unhelpful relational patterns internally.
Natalie also has a strong interest in supporting clients navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and intergenerational dynamics, particularly within Asian and culturally diverse backgrounds where these experiences can significantly shape emotional wellbeing and relationships.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and lived experience.
If you have any questions or would like to explore whether this service feels like the right fit for you, you are welcome to reach out. A brief phone call can also be arranged prior to booking to ensure comfort and suitability.
